Situated on the "quiet" end of Estero Island, overlooking the warm waters and white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo Rules

PETS are NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.

AUTOMOBILES, vans & light pickup trucks that do not exceed the size of one parking space may be parked only in designated areas. No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers or campers shall be parked on the property. Motor homes may be parked IF they take up no more than 1 parking space and are not over 25' in length.

BICYCLES and mopeds shall be parked only in designated areas. Motorcycles may only be operated for ingress and egress and shall have a quiet muffler. No noisy or off road bikes may be operated on the premises. BICYCLES are not permitted on sidewalks, walkways or lawn areas. Riding is permitted on open areas, at the owner's risk. No skateboards, rollerskates, rollerblades, scooters, etc. are allowed.

NO vehicle maintenance or washing of vehicles may be performed on the property.

NO vehicle which does not have a current license tag or cannot operate on its own power shall remain on the premises for more than 24 hrs. Violating vehicles will be removed at the owners' expense.

USE of the recreational facilities will be in such manner as to respect the rights of other residents.

ALL common areas inside and outside the building will be used for their designated purpose and no articles belonging to unit owners shall be kept therein or thereon without the approval of the Board and such areas shall at all times be kept free of obstruction.

DISPOSITION of garbage and trash shall be only by the use of trash chutes and receptacles approved by the Board or by use of garbage disposal units. All garbage must be disposed of in securely closed plastic bags.

LOUD and disturbing noises are prohibited. All radios, televisions, tape machines, stereos, singing and playing of musical instruments shall be regulated to sound levels that will not disturb others. Quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am.

GAS/CHARCOAL barbeque grills are not allowed on balconies, patios or within 25 feet of any building.

EACH unit owner shall be responsible for his family's, tenant's or guest's damages to the common elements, or to any other unit caused by the owner, his family, tenants or guests.

ELEVATORS are for transportation only. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN to play on or abuse the elevators.

ALL residents must register at the desk upon arrival.

SWIMMING POOL RULES
HOURS of operation shall be from 9 am to dusk.

SHOWER before using the pool to remove sand, oils or lotions.

COVER loungers and chairs with beach towel if using oils or lotions.

BABIES must wear waterproof pants.

NOT ALLOWED IN POOL OR IN POOL AREA
(including Mail Room):

  1. Running, jumping, diving, rough play or disturbing noises
  2. Toys, rafts, noodles, etc.
  3. Glassware, snacks or food
  4. Electrical appliances; radios, televisions or tape decks with headsets only
  5. Cut-offs - proper attire only
  6. Monopoly of pool furniture. If you will be gone for an extended length of time, remove towels. Placing towels does not reserve furniture.
  7. Trespassing - Area is for the use of Carlos Pointe residents and guests only.
  8. Swimming when pool cover is on.
  9. Children under 12 unless supervised by and adult.
  10. No more than 23 persons in pool.
