• In addition to weekly rates, there is a 11% tax
  and $100.00 cleaning fee
• Please, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED
• Please PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED
• The unit has a maximum capacity of six guests
• If you happen to loose a key, there is a $35.00 replacement fee
• Weekly Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday

Information about security deposit and procedure:
Once a request for a reservation has been made the security deposit must be received within 10 days (by mail). A security deposit of $300.00 is required to hold weekly accommodations. This is returned after the keys have been returned to us and the condo has been inventoried and inspected for damage.

The total rent is due 45 days prior to arrival. The keys will be mailed to you approximately 3 weeks prior to your arrival date along with a map of the area and some points of interest.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refundable, however, any cancellation within 45 days prior to the rental date will result in forfeiture of the $300.00 deposit.
